How we prepare and ship our meat.
We try to guarantee the best product at your home at 100% of its healthiness, for this reason we treat the raw material with great attention, care and respect.
From our aging cells directly to your home:
After slaughter, all our meats undergo a necessary aging process to obtain an incredible product with tender, tasty meat and a compact consistency.
Some breeds require a longer maturation period, others less.
Portioning: After placing the order, the steaks are cut using professional machinery according to the size you request.
Packaging: They are immediately vacuum-packed using a heat-shrink bag and immersed in a tub of boiling water so that the bag adheres well to the entire steak.
labeling: the product is labeled according to current legislation. Each label reports: name of the cut, batch identification, packaging date, expiry date, origin of the animal, stamp of the slaughterhouse and cutting plant.
This entire process is carried out in temperature-controlled environments and storage guarantees that the core temperature of the product is maintained at around 3°C.
Our goods are shipped via refrigerated courier specialized in agri-food ******, delivering directly to your home within 24\72 hours.
When you place an order, remember that we ship until *Thursday*, thus avoiding goods being held in storage in the warehouses, therefore an order placed on
*Wednesday* will ship on *Monday*.
Thanks to refrigerated transport at controlled temperatures and thanks to our vacuum-packed packaging, the products will maintain their quality and organoleptic characteristics unchanged.

What happens if the vacuum packaging gets a hole?
If the vacuum packaging should let go, we recommend using the product within 2\3 days of arriving at your home. Or freeze in the freezer, thus increasing the duration.
How and where do I store meat?
We remind you that our meats are fresh (2\3°C) so they can be safely stored in the refrigerator until the expiry date indicated on the label.
You can also freeze our steaks by defrosting them 24 hours before using them in the refrigerator.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL?
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (so-called consumer code) and subsequent amendments and additions, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for the type of products sold on the site www.Brasseriehd.com, as they are fresh food products that by their very nature risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly also as a result of inappropriate storage by the final consumer.
